This test checks your stamina & endurance through running.

For Male Candidate

- 1600m Run:
  ⏱️ 5:30 = 60 marks | 5:45 = 48 marks
- Pull-Ups: Min 6 (aim 8–10)
- 9 Feet Ditch: Pass
- Zig-Zag Balance: Pass

For Girls

- 1600m Run: Around 7–8 min (qualifying)
- Long Jump: 10 feet (qualifying)
- High Jump: 3 feet (qualifying)

Physical Standard Test (PST) 📏

This test checks your body measurements (Height, Chest, Weight).

Male Candidates

Height: 162 cm (state-wise relaxation possible)
Chest: 77 cm + 5 cm expansion (77–82)
Weight: Height के अनुसार proportionate

Female Candidates

Height: 152 cm (state-wise relaxation possible)
Chest: Not required
Weight: Height के अनुसार proportionate

Eyesight / Vision Test 👀

- Good vision (generally 6/6 or acceptable standard)
- No color blindness

Hearing Test 👂

Dental Check 🦷

Healthy gums & teeth

General Physical Health Check 💪

The following conditions will disqualify a candidate:

Knock Knee (knees touch each other when standing straight)
Flat Foot (no natural arch in foot)
Varicose Veins (swollen/twisted veins in legs)
Hernia
Piles
Hydrocele
Deformities of spine, chest, or limbs
Skin diseases (chronic eczema, leucoderma, vitiligo, etc.)

Chest & Lungs Examination 🫁

Candidate must be free from tuberculosis, asthma, or chronic respiratory diseases.
Proper chest expansion is checked (at least 5 cm).

Heart & Blood Pressure ❤️

Should not have congenital heart disease, murmurs, or high/low BP.
ECG may be conducted if required.

Abdomen & Internal Organs 🩻

No enlargement of liver, spleen, or kidney issues.
Free from stones in gall bladder/kidney.
No history of abdominal surgery (except appendix/hernia repair if fully healed)

Neurological & Mental Health 🧠

Candidate should not have epilepsy, psychiatric illness, depression, or nervous system disorder.
Proper mental stability & alertness is checked.

Skin & External Exam 🩹

Free from chronic skin diseases, leprosy, large scars, tattoos on face/neck.
Small tattoos on inner arms or cultural tattoos are allowed (as per govt. rules).
